Founders of Youth Inspire Talks, Harpith and Harpita Pandian received the UNSDC Panel Speaker Award by the UNSDC India team for their commendable contribution to the insightful World Cities Connect Day 2023 Conference. Our founders shared valuable insights on the role that the youth play in developing a more sustainable future.
The panelists discussed the significance of civic sense, developing self awareness and empathy for the environment around us. Our education system today must not just develop academically talented students, but also responsible citizens to help lead the next generations, as environmental literacy is especially important in the early stages of schooling. Our Founders strongly believe change is a chain reaction, that can only be ignited with a spark. The world needs more young people using their voices for advocacy and awareness in order to build sustainable cities and communities.

The award was presented by the honorable Inspector General of Police, IG Dr. V Balakrishnan IPS.

The twins received the award under the categories of Language & Entrepreneurship in light of their significant contribution to helping students around the world enrich their skills in the language competency.
